Acting:
F.A.C.E Academy Acting Course is designed to give students the opportunity to learn from Mr. Sajid Samji, an industry expert, writer, and director. Here, you will learn all the skills required to be camera-friendly & an attractive candidate to work with. Students will be made to learn all about the Nine Emotions, Characterization, Improvisation, Monologue, Script Reading, Dialogue delivery, Body language, etc. In addition, you get to work on an original script during the course as well as create your own Showreel. Every student gets an opportunity to work in a short film tailor-made, directed, and written by Mr. Sajid Samji, and at the end of the course a few of the students are offered the opportunity to work with him on his current projects.

TV & OTT Screenwriting:
FACE Academy has launched the most in demand course of today: a full time Scriptwriting course specially for TV and OTT broadcasts.
The course will be writing-intensive, with constant instruction and mentorship from leading TV and OTT screenwriters. Students will come away not only with the knowledge of episodic writing, but also with two full ‘bibles’ for two TV/OTT programmes, in two different genres, ready to be pitched to broadcasters.
Together with episodic writing, the course will cover all essential fundamentals of TV and OTT screenwriting, including equipping students to professionally take up the kind of writing that interests them.
Your tutor all through this course will be a very renowned scriptwriter Mr. Vinod Ranganath. who has more than 30 years of experience in the industry. Some of his well known works are Sea hawks, Swabhiman, Lagi Tujhse lagan, Kya Hua Tera Vada, Mere Angne Mai and many more.
The Indian situation: Majority of the viewers do not enjoy most of what has been featuring on Indian TV and OTT. The daily soaps, repetitive story-telling, black-and-white characters, orthodox values, all desperate to cater to the lowest common denominator.
The international situation: An entirely different story! Some of the finest screenwriting has been happening on TV and OTT. Game of Thrones, Newsroom, House of Cards, Homeland, Breaking Bad, Narcos and countless other shows have created their huge legions of followers. Which begs the question: Why can’t we have such programmes in India?
The hope: Of late, most Indian broadcasters have created dedicated channels, like Hotstar, Voot, TVF, Y- films, Alt for such episodic series. And, multinational giants Netflix and Amazon are in India now, rushing to commission shows.
The big problem: India still doesn’t have enough writers qualified to write such high-quality series!

Cinematography:
The goal of this course is to introduce each student to the fundamentals of motion picture Cinematography, including both technical knowledge and artistic application. A major focus will be given on the specific camera and lighting equipment to be used throughout. Topics will include (but are not limited to): camera operation, composition and framing, lens choice, camera movement, setting proper exposure, lighting Collaboration, blocking, continuity, and all aspects of visual storytelling.
Telling a story on film isn’t just about recording the action, but also about capturing the images.
At FACE we teach students the art of photography, visual storytelling, on-screen visual elements, including lighting, framing, composition, camera motion, camera angles, film selection, lens choices, depth of field, zoom, focus, color, exposure, and filtration.
Cinematography sets and supports the overall look and mood of a film’s visual narrative. So we teach every minute element which can enhance a film's story.

FILM EDITING -
The FACE Film Academy will be training students using the latest software. This software is widely operated by professional Film Editors. It is flexible when it comes to accessing Dynamic Media Folders, and can work with the file-based formats of almost all camera manufacturers.
Editors hold one of the most fundamental roles in the filmmaking industry. Filmmakers rely on the editor’s storytelling and digital editing skills to shape the narrative of their story in the post-production stage and for polishing their films. Editors are not solely limited to the film industry; they work in many areas of media, including news, documentaries, television, and web series. When taking FACE Film Academy’s editing programs, students can expect to take the following courses depending on the particular curriculum of the workshop or program in which they enrolled. -Adobe Premiere Pro -Basics of Da Vinci Resolve -Basics of After Effect, Final cut pro and Basics of VFX .
